Screenprinting is the process of placing a wet ink on a substrate - like cotton, polyester, nylon, lycra, spandex, etc. The wet ink is then cured; in the case of garments, through a heated dryer to reach 320 degrees.

Besides t-shirts and caps, we can print: tote bags, aprons, towels, chamois, mouse pads, wristbands, headbands, soft CD holders, tablecloths, banners, mesh uniforms, and almost any flat, cloth item that can be heated to 320 degrees.

We are able to print using plastisol ink or waterbase ink. We also offer 100% green alternatives.

Spot color screenprinting each color requires its own screen and is printed separately.

Four color process is the blending of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black to re-create the entire visible spectrum, as well as shading and gradation, primarily used for printing photographs.
